Due to COVID-19, plastic bag recycling may be on hold until further notice. Please contact the retailer to confirm if they are accepting plastic bags before dropping them off, or hold onto your plastic bags until further notice. 

 

While you can’t recycle them with other items in your blue box, plastic bags can be made into
dozens of useful new products. From building and construction materials, fencing and deck materials,
to new bags, many retailers in Manitoba will accept, collect and return single-use plastic bags.

The following retailers have bins located at their front entrance. It is important to confirm with your local store first.
