Congratulations to all participants in the Plastic Bag Grab Challenge! This Canada wide contest saw 419 schools and 122,197 students collect 2,279,601 plastic bags in just one week!
In Manitoba, 69 schools submitted their results with 349,365 plastic bags collected and recycled! The local winners are Nature Valley (Wawanesa), Woodlands School (Woodlands) and Elm Creek School (Elm Creek).
